# About terminfo [![GoDoc][1]][2]
Package `terminfo` provides a pure-Go implementation of reading information
from the terminfo database.
`terminfo` is meant as a replacement for `ncurses` in simple Go programs.
## Installing
Install in the usual Go way:

```
