Good Morning! Well I feel much more rested today. Allison and Adia are still sleeping which is good news as well. Wow, now it's time to reflect. The last week has gone by so fast, and with the lack of sleep it all seems like a haze.

To whom it may concern,
My wife and I recently moved into thecommunity and have just received a form to complete the preauthorized payment program. According to the letter we received, our monthly condominium contribution is $122.04, due payable on the first day of each month beginning on December 1, 2005.
To my understanding the condominium fees are collected in order to maintain our community by providing services such as snow removal, parkade sweeping/scrubbing, management of parking stalls properly posted signage indicating that our stalls are private property etc. Since moving here, we have not been provided with such services. On a daily basis we come home to find someone else's vehicle occupying our parking stall.
We understand the community is still under development, and that services cannot be provided without a communal pool of funds. However, we are not pleased that we are being billed for services we have not received.
I would appreciate some feedback as to how you can assure me that by paying the fees dating back to December that we will indeed one day see these services. Do we currently have the right to protect our parking stalls, and if so what is the proper course of action when doing so? What services should we have already seen performed? Who or what is the proper channel to contact for our concerns?
Thank you for your
time,
Mo & Allison Khan
I Have yet to hear back from Condominium First, and I'm losing my patience with the rude people occupying our parking stall each day. I don't appreciate the constructions workers hooting and hollering early Saturday mornings, playing their loud music, leaving garbage in front of our house. I'm looking forward to the day that we actually have regularly scheduled garbage pickup and snow removal. I refuse to pay for services that we have no received.
What should I do? Do I have to pay the condo fees? Is there anyone I can voice my concerns too?

Here's what I was referring too with the hockey taunting thingy:
Lisa, it's your birthday.
God bless you this day.
You gave me the gift of a little sister,
And I'm proud of you today.
Lisa, it's your birthday.
Happy birthday, Lisa.
Lisa, it's your birthday.
Happy birthday, Lisa.
I wish you love and good will.
I wish you peace and joy.
I wish you better than your heart desires.
And your first kiss from a boy.
Lisa, it's your birthday.
Happy birthday, Lisa.
Lisa, it's your birthday.
Happy birthday, Lisa.
Yeah!
I can't believe you're 20 Lisa, Happy Birthday! And now back to our regularly scheduled program... so today is Allison's sisters birthday or I guess my little sister's birthday, and I have not bought her a gift yet! *hang my head* I know what I want to get her... I just haven't got it yet! This is so like me isn't it? Meh... In the words of Martin Lawrence in the movie "Bad Boys"... "wooooo saaaa...."
So I'm pretty sluggish today, after work yesterday I went straight to my night class. I got out of class at 8pm which is an hour early, then I went to go drop off the car at Allison's work. I waited for Lisa to get off work so that she could drive me home. While I waited I had 4 slices of "San Andreas" pizza. Mmmm... man that's good, "Chef's special" you've got some competition now!
I managed to get home at 11pm, and off to bed I went! I'm really looking forward to the end of the day. Allison's shift changed so she's working the day today, so I will be picking her up from work. Then we're heading to "Chili Club Thai House" for Lisa's birthday dinner. *Yay... we're going clubbin'* Then maybe I can find a couch to plop onto and watch the Flames game. It feels like such a long time since I've since the Flames play. *sigh* It's a good thing I have nothing planned for this weekend, and the Flames game is on Hockey Night in Canada. Alriiight...
It's almost Christmas and I'm getting excited.... Mmmm stuffing, spinach dip, and we all get to crowd around the 47 incher and watch "It's a wonderful life!"
That's all folks... since it is christmas time and all take a 5 minute breather then... GET TO WORK!

TGIF! Finally! I'm sure glad I'm not in Playa del Carmen or Cozumel, Mexico right now! Hurrican Wilma just slammed into Cozumel! Oh man! Cozumel is an island just southeast of Playa del Carmen. I guess we had our wedding just in time! Let's hope it doesn't get to bad out there! This morning I receieved an email from Google. It read as follows...
"Hello Mo Khan,

Damnit... Let me explain! Back in December when I first heard about Google Adsense I decided to "test" it. Little did I know, now that I actually want to take advantage of it I'm blacklisted for life. Ooooh Google please take me back! I've always just been a curious child, I've always just test my boundaries to see how far it will stretch. Please oh please don't stay angry at me. Please Google I miss you buddy ol' pal. VMP.com sucks Yahoo's pay per click advertising sucks you're the only one I want on my site. Please don't end what could end up being a beautiful relationship...
Don't worry people I will eventually move on. *Somewhere over the rainbow... *
- Hey what are you looking at?
- Nothing much! haha
- Very funny, GET BACK TO WORK!

Oh glorious morning... last night at 9:45pm my phone rang and woke me up. Yes I was asleep at 9:30pm. On the other end of the phone line was the voice of Brad Logel, the person who sold us our new home. He was calling to inform me that he finally had a possession date for us. Yaaaaay... ! So from August 1st, to September 15th and now to... *drumroll* Tuesday, November. 8th at 10:00 am! Our pre-possession walk through will be one week earlier at 10 am. Hooray, so my estimate of November 15th was off by a week. Sweet, I'm so happy. Unfortunately Allison was at work last night so I couldnt share the good news with her yet. So I will have to inform her later today.

walking down the Malecon, when I saw on a big screen Dave Andrechuck hoisting up the Stanley Cup. I thought to myself there was no way that was from this year. But wait, Tampa Bay has never won the cup before! Noooo.... anyways, this year should be good. I'm sorry to see Mr. Lydman go though. Take it easy! GET TO WORK AND ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND!]]>

Good Morning... so last night the movie of choice was... "Bang, bang you're dead". It was a pretty good movie, that focused on bullying and anger in high school. Pushed the boundaries on what's acceptable as art and what is considered threatening. Showed the effects of panicing, and stereo typing. It was a pretty damn good movie, but probably directed more towards a high school audience. I mean... I can tell I'm out of it, because I have no idea what a "Trog" is.
laughed my lil' butt off all through that movie. I'm not sure why, there was no real conclusion to the film, but it was great~!
"WE WON, WE WON... WE WON"... not only did we help win $15,000.00 for our charity but we get to attend the stampeders practice before the Labour Day Classic, against the Edmonton Eskimo's. We get a stampeders track suit and a one - day contract with the stampeders. haha... do you know what the means? It means, I can add that to my resume... haha~!
Wooo Hoooo.... Saturday Morning~! And I'm a little nervous... why!? Well I'm attending the Stampeders Fantasy Training Camp. Dang... I have no idea what's in store. But I guess I'll find out... Unfortunately the stamps lost last night to the BC Lions... DAMN YOU BUONO... AND DICKENSON~! TRAITORS... Why did you guys ever leave... *sigh*... Anyways... If I were a stampeder I wouldnt want to get my ass out of bed the night after a game to go entertain punks like me.... Dang... I wonder if they'll even show~!

He asked me if I was marrying his friends sister. By his friend I assumed he meant "Lisa". "Yeah" I replied. He asked me how life was and I said it was ok. He said "Just Ok, Sounds pretty damn good to me." There's a bit of an underlying tone there that most probably wouldnt pick up. The details of which I don't really want to go into, but it left negative feelings when we ended our 2 minute conversation. Lisa, for f*ck sakes, what the hell are you doing hanging out with hurtchuck? Smarten, the hell up~! And delete my name and number from your phone book and mouth. I just hope you read this before you get your butt in more trouble. I told Allison right away, but I still couldn't sleep. I was up rolling around in bed for the next 3 hours until my alarm clock went off. And I still don't know what to do... or if I should do anything at all!
