feat: implement working final AI response generation
Key achievements:
- Fixed final AI response generation by using simplified chat history
- Del now provides intelligent, conversational responses instead of robotic confirmations
- Added proper timeout handling (15s) and fallback for failed responses
- Tool stability analysis completed:
* 1 tool: works consistently with final responses (11-20s)
* 2+ tools: inconsistent/hanging with qwen2.5:latest
* Memory tool (remember) works reliably with conversational responses
Technical implementation:
- Create simplified chat history for final response (avoid complex tool structures)
- Reduced timeout from 30s to 15s for faster fallbacks
- Added proper error handling with informative fallback messages
- Confirmed tool execution + final response generation works end-to-end
